Institutional Goals

  • GCTSA will prepare students’ hearts to steward and advance God’s work.
  • GCTSA will form Pentecostal students with spiritual discernment who reflect Jesus in their communities.
  • GCTSA will cultivate hearts that desire and pursue Pentecostal empowerment within diverse ministry contexts.

Institutional Objectives

  • GCTSA will recruit students who hunger for Pentecostal life and biblical truth.
  • GCTSA will form students’ hearts for their communities through chapel, classroom discipleship, and supervised ministry practice.
  • GCTSA will exhort and encourage students to pursue the gifts of the Spirit in classroom, chapel, and ministry settings.

Institutional Goals

  • GCTSA will train students to root spiritual disciplines and theology in Scripture.
  • GCTSA will establish a seminary-wide culture of assessment and continuous improvement.
  • GCTSA will equip students intellectually to lead others in biblical practice and faithful doctrine.

Institutional Objectives

  • GCTSA will teach students to exegete Scripture responsibly and faithfully.
  • GCTSA departments and offices will implement an institutional assessment plan to strengthen effectiveness.
  • GCTSA will require students to apply biblical principles learned in class to ministry and academic settings.

III. “GCTSA exists to develop skills of Spirit-empowered leaders…”

Institutional Goals

  • GCTSA will educate students to become Christian leaders who discern and engage communities for God’s glory.
  • GCTSA will prepare students to serve in cultures resistant to the Gospel and become instruments of godly change.
  • GCTSA will form Pentecostal ministers who refuse to compromise biblical truth.

Institutional Objectives

  • GCTSA will train students to practice the Great Commission in personal life and ministry leadership.
  • GCTSA will provide mentoring that forms mature leaders anchored in biblical principles and practices.
  • GCTSA will equip students to serve as leaders in both church ministry and academic settings with biblical integrity.
